Image Acquisition

Dawson Controls has developed methods of acquiring image data for it's vision systems at amazing speeds and quality. Our vision systems easily see 1/2 mm (1/64 inch). Below are screen shots of the internal engine that drives our various vision products. We developed this system to be able to acquire data in real time so there is no board buffer required, and only one computer is needed to process the data.
